1. Customer Support Representative

Department: Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, order tracking, returns, and product information.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience through email, chat, and phone support.
  • Resolve complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

2. E-Commerce Specialist

Department: E-Commerce

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory on our website and other online platforms.
  • Monitor sales performance and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies to drive online traffic and sales.
  • Analyze data to optimize the customer journey and improve the overall shopping experience.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and online sales strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

3. Content Writer / Copywriter

Department: Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write engaging and informative content for product descriptions, blog posts, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies.
  • Ensure that all content is aligned with our brand’s voice and tone.
  • Proofread and edit content for accuracy and clarity.

Requirements:

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or content creation is preferred.
  • Creative and able to adapt writing style to different mediums.
  • Knowledge of SEO practices is a plus.

4. Warehouse Associate

Department: Warehouse/Logistic

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process inventory and customer orders.
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Assist with inventory management and stocktaking.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move heavy packages.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
